JURA Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage
JURA SEA warrants that each JURA machine is free from manufacturing defects that existed at the time of purchase.
If a defect or malfunction occurs within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, JURA SEA may, at its discretion, repair or replace the machine.
The decision to repair or replace shall be determined solely by JURA’s Technical Department, and the customer shall have no right to demand an exchange or replacement.
Any repair, replacement, or rectification carried out under warranty shall not reset, extend, or otherwise affect the original warranty period.

2. Warranty Service Execution
If your JURA machine develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact JURA SEA to arrange for warranty rectification.
All warranty services shall be carried out exclusively at JURA’s Hospitality Center, where the machine will be examined and diagnosed using JURA Service System.
During the applicable warranty period, parts, labour, collection from the customer’s premises, and return delivery are provided free of charge, subject to the terms and exclusions stated herein.

3. Priority Carry-In Warranty Repairs
Customers who bring their JURA machine directly to the JURA Hospitality Center for warranty repair (“Carry-In Service”) will receive priority servicing.
Subject to spare parts availability, JURA will endeavour to complete the repair with priority queue, after which the machine will be ready for collection or delivery service.

4. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover defects, damage, or malfunctions arising from causes other than manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase.
Service charges will apply for any rectification work resulting from the following (non-exhaustive) conditions:
